I had to shoot an assignment for my advance lighting class. It was hard to do, in that everything had to be perfect. The first time I did not achieve perfection and redid the shoot before turning it in. It was not a complete failure though, as this video was the result.

It's Been Awhile

So it has been a while (almost two months) since I last posted. Ooops. I was reminded of this in my last Photo-J class today. So here is an assortment of things I have shot since returning to Canada back in ’08. Seems like so long ago, and yet time has flown by.


I went out to Shawnigan Lake on Sunday, Feb. 15 to photograph a regatta, for my Photo-J class. I had a good time, although I felt like a bit of a stalker photographing all the high school students.


This is a photo that I ended up taking when another shoot sort of fell through. It was taken at the end of Dallas Road around 9 in the morning.


Yum yum. Kevin and I made clam pasta for his birthday and I couldn’t resist taking some photos of them.


For Kevin’s birthday, way back in January, I made chocolate cake. Hence the eggs…
