While visiting my mom in Santa Cruz I went for a lot of walks. My sister has a dog and my mom is working on keeping off the 20 pounds she has lost, so we walked everyday. One of the favorite places to head is uphill (my mom lives on a hill, so you always end up going uphill at some point). Anyway, we passed by this amazing clearing on one of these walks and I decided Mere and I had to do a photoshoot. So we did.
A note on the outfit: All of the clothes and accessories in this shoot (except the shoes) belonged to my grandmother, who recently passed. She was pretty stylish, if I do say so myself, though I am pretty sure she never wore them in the combos Ms. M is.
